Terms of Service
Operator: IdeaDesign team. These terms explain your rights, responsibilities, and limits when using IdeaDesign.
Service Scope
IdeaDesign provides visual reference analysis, color extraction, AI style interpretation, prompt generation, history, public sharing, and inspiration gallery features. AI output supports creative work and is not legal, business, or professional advice.
Accounts And Security
You must provide a working email address or valid third-party login information and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep passwords, API keys, and sessions secure, and contact us if you notice unusual use.
Credits And Paid Analysis
Platform-model analysis consumes credits according to the product rules shown in the app. If a paid analysis fails because of a service error, cancellation, or timeout, the corresponding credits are refunded according to system records.
Uploads And Public Sharing
You confirm that you have the rights needed to upload images, URLs, text, and generated results. Content is private by default; when you create a share link or publish an analysis, others may access it or see it in public inspiration lists.
Intellectual Property
You keep your rights in uploaded content. You grant IdeaDesign permission to process it as needed to provide, maintain, improve, and troubleshoot the service. IdeaDesign interfaces, brand assets, code, prompt structures, and system content belong to the IdeaDesign team or its licensors.
Acceptable Use
Do not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, privacy-sensitive, or unauthorized content. Do not attack the service, bypass limits, scrape at scale, abuse credits, reverse engineer the service, or use it to create unlawful content.
Third-Party Services
The service may use PostgreSQL, Railway, Vercel, Gemini or custom model providers, Supabase/R2, local file storage, Resend/SMTP, GitHub/Google OAuth, Sentry, Amplitude, Mixpanel, and session replay. Third-party services operate under their own terms.
Availability
We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or perfectly accurate AI output. Maintenance, upstream failures, network issues, or security events may cause temporary unavailability.
Minors
The service is intended for users who can lawfully enter this agreement. Minors should use the service only with guardian consent and supervision.
Termination And Updates
If you violate these terms or create risk, we may restrict or terminate your account. After major updates, we will require acceptance of the current version; you may also export data or request account deletion.
